Smiling Dog is Internet Sensation
And with good reason, this little cutie is smiling from ear to ear as a result of him getting his first birthday cake. Riley, a one-year old Bichon Frise-poodle belongs to Mareen Revelo of San Jose, CA. This random picture that she took caught Riley in the perfect pose for him to go viral on the Internet. First posted on Facebook, went ballistic on Redd it.
Maureen Ravelo's parents welcomed Riley at just 4 weeks old, and have treated the smiling star as one of the family ever since. When Maureen moved back home from college, she noticed the new family pet displaying his now famous human-like expressions.

Maureen's parents got Riley when he was just 4 weeks old, and have treated the smiling star as one of the family ever since. When Maureen moved back home from college, she noticed the new family pet displaying his now famous human-like expressions. She admits that he has a lot of different looks and this particular one was caught just at the right moment. Now he is known the world over as Smiley Dog, Stoner Dog, etc. Whatever name he goes by it's cute as can be and makes me want to go out and find a Bichon-Frise-poodle mix of my very own. How many other dog lovers (millions?) do you think experienced the same desire when they saw this picture? How many do you actually think went out and got themselves a Bichon Frise-poodle mix just like Riley? Did you?

Dog Show Intermission
A friend of mine sent me this photo and I thought I would share it but I noticed that the dog whose turn it was, was lifting his leg, so I guessed male dog, right? But why is the line so long, it's the ladies room that's always backed up, isn't it?!
